Saggy arms are caused by a skin firmness issue that can show up in aging skin. When you add in a little weight gain, the saggy arms can show up dramatically and fast. This appearance can be very upsetting too. Exercise can keep your arms strong and looking good, but does not prevent this problem. I have exercised and weight-lifted all my adult life. I thought I would not have a problem with this, but I do now. I have been using Collagen Induction Therapy to improve the firmness of the skin on my arms and it does help. Now I am a little older and this is not enough, so I am also trying massage too. I want to improve the muscle and help smooth out fat present in my arms. I am currently trying out a Fascia massage stick too. loosing weight may be needed to help improve this problem too.
